Navajo County Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Navajo County Busted Mugshots. By browsing a page or submitting a search, a visitor agrees to these conditions. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.

Navajo County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no affiliation with a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners supplies consumer reports or services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This private reference site stores no official jail roster, booking photograph, arrest file, warrant, or court record. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a request, or act for a visitor before an agency. Its pages organize official Navajo County and Arizona record resources and may connect visitors with independent search tools.

Government systems change at their own pace. The Navajo County Inmate Housing Report, police records offices, courts, ADCRR, and federal locators each control their own information and access rules.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site and its links lawfully and without harming other people or the service.

  • Do not violate a local, state, or federal law.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
  • Do not seek access to accounts, systems, or data without permission.
  • Do not operate bots or scrapers against the site.

FCRA Use Is Forbidden

Navajo County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Visitors agree not to use site material or linked search results for an FCRA-covered purpose, including:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
  • Rental, housing, or tenant eligibility
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other decision governed by the FCRA

Independent Websites

Links may lead to Navajo County offices, the Sheriff’s housing grid, Arizona courts, ADCRR, federal locators, news publishers, legal resources, or outside search services. A link does not endorse the destination. This site does not control another site’s content, accuracy, uptime, terms, fees, or data practices. Visitors should read the destination’s rules before using it.

No Promises or Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that:

  • Information is complete, accurate, or current
  • Access will be continuous or uninterrupted
  • The site will be free of errors or security flaws
  • An outside search will return every relevant record

Custody and public-record status can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from Navajo County, a sheriff, police department, court, or corrections agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent Arizona law permits, the site and its owners, operators, and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other loss arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside link.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, and its partners from claims, costs, losses, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor’s use, misconduct, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise identified, the site’s original text, graphics, logo presentation, layout, and code belong to Navajo County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without written permission. Government records and third-party marks remain subject to their own ownership rules.

Revisions to These Terms

These conditions may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when posted. Continued use after an update means the visitor accepts the then-current terms.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time and without advance notice, including when use threatens the site, another person, or these terms.

Arizona Law Controls

Arizona law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arizona.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it lawful and enforceable.
