This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the agency that holds the record.
Choose the Official Office
The right contact depends on where the event occurred and what happened after it. A police department may hold an incident report, Navajo County may hold the county intake record, and a court holds the case disposition. Use the narrowest official route below.
- Current county custody: Check the Navajo County Inmate Housing grid, then call Detention at 928-524-4316 if confirmation is needed.
- County report or intake photo: Send the NCSO Records Release Request with the person, date, booking number, and exact requested item.
- City police report: Use the records unit for Show Low, Winslow, or Holbrook when that department created the report.
- Court filing or disposition: Start with Arizona Public Access Case Lookup. Navajo County Superior Court Clerk service is in Holbrook at 928-524-4188, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- State-prison record: Use the ADCRR Inmate Data Search for people committed to Arizona state corrections.
- Federal or immigration custody: Use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE detainee locator. Neither is a Navajo County arrest roster.
